A victim of state terrorism

It is a matter of grave concern that Pakistan is passing through a phase of severe political crisis, economic crisis, security crisis and crisis of standoff amongst the most important arms of the government which may lead to disaster in our country. In other words, our nation is standing on the slippery edge of a vast, deep and dark quagmire. 50 percent of population of our country i.e., 90 million are living in misery and destitution below poverty line as accepted by government quarters. They would be worst sufferers on account of the turmoil in Pakistan.

It is time that the leadership of Pakistan including political leaders, armed services and establishment and the intellectuals and God fearing personalities of the country including specially Mr Siraj-ul-Haq, Ameer, Jamat-e-Islami, should sit together and try to find out a solution of our problems in the supreme interests of the country by shedding their personal differences, enmities and beliefs and anger and dissents and dissensions and urge for revenge from one another. We are passing through worst of times in our history and must find solution for our salvage before it is too late. For instance, I was just hearing one respectable bearded maulana making very furious speech in the Parliament that some forces were trying to wrap up democracy in Pakistan. Also the other day I listened a very fiery speech of ‘Leader of the Opposition’ that let Islamabad and Parliament be burnt with fire but we would not let anybody dare to burn even a page of our Constitution. I will dare make comments on his speech.

I am not a cleric nor a sufi or saint but an insignificant mortal. Nevertheless I will beg and beseech the entire political leadership of the country, all Pakistanis of all manner, colour, creed and religion to act together in the supreme interests of our country and pray before Almighty Allah, Lord of all the worlds, for forgiveness and mercy for our follies and faults and for our expiation for we have already suffered beyond our endurance on account of our wrongs done in the past.

These are my humble submissions to my countrymen. I am sure that by the grace of God choicest blessings of Almighty Allah may be embedded in our present state of adversity in inverse proportion. I may take into confidence my fellow citizens that being a top banker of Pakistan I have been suffering for the last 25 years on account of my malicious persecution by the top hierarchy of the government, past and present, but at the same time Almighty Allah has showered on me His choicest blessings beyond my imagination and my tormentors are faced with their tragic ends (no names). Allah Almighty is the final dispenser of justice. This has sustained me to live honourably amongst my fellow beings. May Allah shower His blessings on Pakistan in its present adversity!
