Court again orders police to submit reply in PAT workers’ killing case

Islamabad District and Sessions judge Friday expressed his anger over non submission of reply by police personnel in the case pertaining to killing of two Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) activists.

Islamabad District and Sessions Judge Justice Raja Javad Abbass Hassan was hearing a petition filed by PAT Advocate Raja Zahurul Hassan for registering a case against the prime minister, Punjab chief minister, interior minister and some others on the killing of two PAT activists.

During the hearing, police of Secretariat Police Station could not submit a reply in the court therefore the court adjourned the hearing till September 15 and ordered the police to submit a reply at the next hearing.
