Dollar reserves held by the country stood at $13.414 billion during the week that ended on September 5, reported the central bank Thursday.
During the week under review, the State Bank’s foreign exchange reserves slid by $26 million to $8.693 billion compared to $8.719 billion the bank held last week.
The reserves held by the commercial banks were recorded at $ 4.721 billion. The week saw the SBP repaying $61 million to its external debtors. “No major official inflow was received by SBP during the week,” the central bank said.
