Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) distribution companies have increased the gas prices by Rs10 per kilogramme as winter draws nearer.
LPG Distributors Association Chairman Irfan Khokhar said that the increase in gas prices was due to surge of LPG prices in international market.
With recent increase domestic gas cylinder has gone up by Rs 100 while commercial gas cylinder by Rs 400.
LPG prices in Karachi have reached 115/kg while gas was being sold at Rs 125 in Lahore, Gujranwala, Faisalabad and Hyderabad.
Domestic gas cylinder in Karachi was being sold for Rs 1,510, and in Mirpur, Dera Ghazi Khan and Peshawar for Rs 1,510.
