Farhan Ali Qadri, a popular Naat Khwaan who has won a number of national competitions, was arrested late on Sunday night allegedly for indiscriminate firing for intimidating his neighbours, a private news channel reported.
According to the report Qadri fired warning shots to intimidate a neighbouring family he had a fight with.
A case has been registered against the young boy for display of fire arms, firings and threatening to shoot people, added the report.
Qadri, known in Pakistan for his famour Naat “Noor wala aya Hai’, has been reciting naats since he was five years old.
