ISLAMABAD-
Twelve students of Fast University in I-10 were injured when the staircase of Telecom Department collapsed.
Two of the students are said to be in critical condition.
Rescue workers transported the injured students to a hospital.
According to police the staircase collapsed due to use of inferior construction material.
Meanwhile the university administration has denied the incident.

The fault could be some human error by the construction engineer workmen or some of so many people involved .I feel the authorities must get the building inspected by competent building research labs. instead of putting the lives of students in danger. As a civil engineer retd. ihave seen rcc structures not giving alarm at yield
