The protesting political players need to understand that instead of wasting wation’s time and energy in political intricacies which could have been solved on the floor of Parliament, they should concentrate their energies on stressing on the need of formulating policies of public welfare and good governance. They should plan running an awareness campaign on the streets for masses to make them realise their civic rights and duties. The recent survey by PILDAT proved that there was a need for improvement in governance for all the four provinces of the country. Perhaps, it is food for thought for media houses as well that what needs their constant eye should be the immediate public concern rather than whimsical political discourses.
