Nefarious designs of those attacking the Pakistan Television (PTV) building and other state institutions through protestors armed with sticks, hatchets, bulldozers and cranes have been exposed, said Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Shahbaz Sharif while strongly condemning the attack by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) protestors on the PTV building in the capital on Monday.
Talking to a delegation of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Shahbaz lamented that such a time was selected for these subversive activities when the brave forces of the country are fighting war for the survival of the country against terrorists in Waziristan. The CM said that efforts are being made to engage the police by creating law and order situation in the federal capital and other cities so that the police could not take action against the patrons and supporters of terrorists.
