The residents of federal capital have expressed displeasure over the prolong sit-in and demonstration of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT), saying it has disturbed their routine normal life.
Amid to the disagreeable situation, people belonging to all walks of life have emphasized the need for to end this sit-in and demonstration to restore normal routine and business activities in federal capital.
A resident of sector F-6 Zahid Ali said there is growing anger and resentment among the local citizens, who see their lives paralysed in federal capital due to prolong sit-in of Khan and Qadri.
“Our comfort and normal activities have been put at stake, we are victims of the political agenda being persuaded by the two leaders,” he said.
“We are greatly perturbed as it was not yet clear, as how long the sit-ins will continue. We are seriously concerned over the risk to our lives during the ongoing sit-ins,” he added.
The other major area affected badly due to current sit-ins is education as summer vacations in the capital’s institutions have been extended. These institutions were scheduled to open on August 24 but the situation has caused sufferings for the students of private and government schools and colleges.
Muhammad Sameer, a student of Class 10th at a government school, said protests have spoiled his study routine.
Most of the parents have strictly advised their kids to depend on indoor games rather than going out due to the sit-in and protest of PTI and PAT.
