ISLAMABAD-
Federal Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique on Wednesday asked Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Chief Dr Tahirul Qadri to withdraw their deadlines and continue talks with the government to resolve the current political deadlock, a private news channel reported.
Briefing the National Assembly on progress of dialogue with the protesting parties, Rafique said that the government has accepted the demand of PTI for a committee of technocrats assisting the parliamentary committee on electoral reforms.
He demanded that the negotiating committees of both the parties should allow the government representatives access to Khan and Qadri.
