ISLAMABAD-
Leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Makhdoom Javed Hashmi on Monday complained of a heartache and was admitted to Islamabad’s PIMS hospital, a private news channel reported.
According to the spokesman of PIMS, doctors were examining Hashmi’s health and conducting several tests.
“He is currently out of danger,” he said.
Hashmi’s health destabilized during the 11th day of protest and sit-in of PTI outside the Parliament House.
Hashmi has a medical history of paralysis attack and brain hemorrhage. He suffered from the latter in 2010 and was hospitalised. He then also suffered from a storke due to internal bleeding.
He remained under treatment at Lahore General Hospital for several weeks until recovery.
