Former chief election commissioner Fakhruddin G Ibrhaim underwent a heart valve replacement surgery on Monday.
According to his family members, the former CEC is recuperating well from his surgery in ICU and would be shifted to the ward. The former CEC has been under treatment in a private hospital in Karachi since past one week.
