Due to administrative negligence dengue larva found in a huge amount from under construction buildings and graveyards in PottoharTown.
The District Health Department has set up a committee comprising 56 leady doctors and 12 mail sanitary petrol and doctors in 16 adjacent union councils of RawalTown for prevention of Dengue.
Sources told that dengue larva has been recovered from graveyards of Dhmyal, Dhamman Syeddan, Ali Town, Chak Jilal Dean and Adyala while it has been recovered from water tanks of under construction buildings, it was the duty of TMA Pottohar to maintain cleanliness of both places.
District Health Department has deployed the staff after setting up DHO Dr Anser Ishaq as focal person of PotoharTown. It has been told that last year 36 positive cases of Dengue surfaced up in PottoharTown.
