  • JuD chief says India taking advantage of Pakistan’s internal dispute, urges all political parties to resolve differences

Jamatud Dawa (JuD) Ameer Hafiz Muhammad Saeed on Saturday said that all political parties should immediately resolve all political disputes and promote religious and political tolerance to fail the conspiracies being hatched by the enemies of Pakistan.

He condemned the Indian Army’s unprovoked aggression across the Line of Control (LoC), saying that “external forces are taking advantage of Pakistan’s internal disputes.”

Addressing a meeting of JuD Central Executive Committee at Jamia al-Qudsia, Saeed said that the pace of massacre of Muslims in the Kashmir valley had increased since the election of Narendra Modi as Indian prime minister.

“India is doing it all at the behest of US,” he added.

He said that India always violated the ceasefire on LoC and put all the blame on Pakistan. He said dozens of Pakistanis had lost their lives while hundreds of them have been injured due to Indian aggression across the LoC.

Hafiz Saeed said that recent incidents of firing across LoC had exposed India’s hidden agenda.

“The government needs to understand that India has never been serious in talks with Pakistan. In fact, it has never accepted the existence of Pakistan,” he added.

The JuD chief expressed the belief that US, after failure in Afghanistan, wished to impose India on Pakistan. He said that Pakistan should answer Indian aggression on LoC with full force.

He reiterated that Pakistan should continue to endorse and support the just and legitimate struggle of the Kashmiri people for independence. He said that India’s wish to suppress Kashmiri’s freedom movement would never be fulfilled.
