Shaheen Airline’s staff mishandled passengers after a flight delay at Benazir Bhutto International Airport Islamabad.

The incident took place on Thursday when in Shaheen Airline’s flight, NL-122 Islamabad to Karachi, a child was injured as the transfer bus driver opened the hydraulic door without informing the passengers. It triggered a fight between passengers and the crew.

“Passengers were kept in the buses during their transfer from lounge to aircraft. Many passengers started quarrelling and shouting when buses were stopped on the runway of Islamabad Airport, but instead of settling the grievances, the management mishandled them,” a passenger named Zulfiqar Ali told a news outfit.

“Airline staff behaviour was nasty and irresponsible with the travellers,” said Ali, another passenger.

To settle the situation, Airport Security Force personnel intervened and ordered Shaheen Air’s management to transfer passengers from buses to aircraft swiftly.

  1. I don't trust the credibility of Pakistani passengers. They lack patience and respect and pose to have all the clues in the world about aviation where as they know jack.

Sorry, there has to be another explanation. Not buying this.
