All the educational institutions working under Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) will open from Monday, August, 25 after two-week-long extension in summer vacations due to the sit-ins of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT).
The schools and colleges in federal capital were supposed to open from Monday, August, 11 after two-month long vacations but the concerned authorities extended the vacations to August, 17 to prevent the students from any untoward situation due to marches.
Again, the authorities announced more vacations till August, 24 (Sunday) due to the prolonged sit-ins of marchers and now the students would resume their studies from August 25.
