At least three people including a woman was killed and four others injured when a van fell in a gorge in Bajaur Agency on Sunday.
Political administration sources said that a van going to Barang Sharbati from Khar, the tribal headquarters of Bajaur Agency skidded off the road and fell into a gorge.
As a result of accident, Sher Alam, his wife and another person died on the spot while second wife of Sher Alam, his niece Mehran Gul and Nawab Khan sustained injuries.
The locals shifted the injured to BatkhelaHospital, where the medics stated the condition of one wounded person to be serious.
Eye witnesses said the accident took place due to poor condition of road and careless driving.
