She told the judges that police officials had made their life miserable as they were continuously issuing serious threats to them. The court was pleaded to restrain officials from harassing them and direct higher officials to take action against their subordinates.

After preliminary hearing, the court issued notice to respondents including home secretary, provincial police chief, DIG and SSP West and SHO Liaqatabad to file comments by August 27. The court restrained police officials from harassing these three real brothers of Liaqatabad and directed them to strictly act in accordance with law.
