Bangash Colony has been declared highly sensitive area in the perspective of discovery of dengue larva and anti dengue crash program has been launched therein.
Rawalpindi District Health Department found dengue larva in six houses in this colony. During crash program, 15 female and 5 male sanitary patrol teams conducted vigilance of 410 homes in one day and discovered dengue larva from 12 homes. Steps were taken to eliminate this larva.
