The police have arrested 14 lawbreakers during separate incidents of crackdown in the past two days, besides recovering 1,990 grammes of hashish, 24 liters of wine and one 30 bore pistol with five rounds from their possession.
According to police reports, Kamran Sadiq was arrested for possessing 1,035 grams hashish.
Cantonment Police arrested Iftikhar Hussain and recovered 430 grammes hashish from his possession.
Westridge Police arrested Nadeem and recovered 525 grammes of hashish from him.
Bunni Police netted Faisal Mahmood and recovered four liters of wine from his possession while Ali Raza was sent behind the bars for possessing 10 liter wine.
Another accused Abdul Hameed was arrested and 10 liters of wine was recovered from his possession.
Meanwhile, Waris Khan Police apprehended Kamran for possessing a 30 bore pistol with five rounds.
