A second petition was filed in the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday against Imran Khan’s August 14 Azadi March in the federal capital.
The petitioner President Anjuman Tajiran Pakistan, Ajmal Baloch stated in his petition that PTI’s protest will cause harm to businesses and civic life in the city.
He demanded that a separate area out of city be given to PTI and PAT for their protests. The court later referred the matter to Chief Justice.
A petition filed in the IHC by Abdullah Tahir Advocate has already challenged the protest march in Islamabad.
