Vision-2025 ‘stamped’!

Pakistan Post has issued two postage stamps of Rs 8 and Rs 10 denominations on Monday to commemorate the launch of the long-run roadmap of a progressive Pakistan in the shape of Pakistan Vision 2025.

The postage stamps printed by Pakistan Security Printing Corporation, Karachi and designed by Khurrah Shahbaz and Mehvish Shah have been made available for sale from Monday at all important Post Offices in the country.

Minister of State for Postal Services Ghafoor Haidri inaugurated a one-day Modern Post Office at the launching ceremony of Vision-2025.

Secretary Communication Babar Yaqoob Fateh Mohammad, Pakistan Post Director General Mashal Khan, Additional Director General (Operations) Fazli Sattar Khan and other senior officials were also present on the occasion.

The minister said that the Modern Post Office was arranged according to the vision for 2025, adding that it was equipped with all advance technology-based postal services.
