Link roads of the twin cities of Islamabad and Karachi have been closed and blocked with containers ahead of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI)’s ‘Azadi March’ which is expected to culminate in a sit-in at Islamabad on August 14.
Most of the roads are blocked with containers and some are dug out to avoid any mishap that could occur during the march.
On the other hand, passengers are facing inconvenience as the bus stops at Faizabad are also closed.
The residents of the cities expressed unhappiness as they face trouble in getting necessary food items and transport.
