Cross-border firing by Indian troops kills woman, injures four

SIALKOT-

A woman was killed and four other civialians were injured by Indian troops’ unprovoked firing and shelling, in violation of ceasefire,in Sialkot Charwa sector, a private news channel reported on Monday.

According to the report, the shelling caused panic among residents of the bordering villages in Jarwal and Charwa sectors.

A woman was killed, four villagers were wounded while scores of cattle was also reported to have received bullet injuries.

Pakistan Rangers’ retaliatory firing silenced the guns of the Indian army, it added.
