Veena’s husband sings for Pakistan

Asad Bashir Khan, known to Pakistanis as actress Veena Malik’s husband has come up with a patriotic song and video ahead of Independence Day.

Khan, a businessman and a goodwill ambassador for International Human Rights Commission (IHRC) has performed a patriotic musical number ‘Meherban Pakistan’ for Geo Television.

With lyrics conveying a message of hope and pride in one’s nationality, the video consists of rather conventional clips seen in almost every other patriotic number with children running around holding national flags and men in traditional dresses.

With Geo off-air in most Pakistani cities, the video can be viewed on Asad Bashir Khan’s official Facebook page.
