Two SHOs were sent to jail by an ATC in a murder case of a PML-F activist on Saturday.
During the hearing of murder case of PML-F activist Abdul Sattar Shambani, judge of the anti-terrorist court (ATC) Khairpur Syed Kausar Ali Bukhari admitted the application of a complainant and sent two including Akber Ali Alamani, SHO Kumb, and Abdul Rahim Mashoori, investigation officer, to Central Jail Khairpur.
The FIR 89/2013 of the murder was lodged at Kumb police station against PPP workers including Zulfiqar Ali Wasan, Sattar Wasan, Naveed Wasan, Aslam Wasan, Roshan Wasan, IO investigation Abdul Rahim Mashoori and SHO Kumb Akber Alamani. They had attacked village Mehwal Faqeer Shambani on June 28, 2013, and killed Abdul Sattar Shambani.
Later, the police had expunged the names SHO Akber Alamani and IO Abdul Rahim Mashoori from the FIR.
The petitioner, Muhammad Amin Shambani, had filed the application before the court praying to include the names of both cops in the FIR and arrest them.
