The new constitution of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) was challenged in Islamabad High Court (IHC) Wednesday.
The new constitution was challenged by former member of PCB Governing Body Maj (r) Ahmad Nadeem Sadool. The petitioner stated that all the stakeholders of PCB were not consulted in formulation of new constitution.
A single bench of the court comprising Justice Athar Mann Ullah will hear the case today (Thursday).
