*Hot, humid weather likely for two more days

Temperatures once again started to soar in most parts of the country including the provincial capital as the mercury rose to 37 degree Celsius on Monday.

The city recorded a minimum of 28.5 degree Celsius while maximum temperature in other parts of the province including Faisalabad, Sahiwal, Multan, Sialkot, Toba Tek Singh, Rahim Yar Khan and Gujranwala were almost 36 to 37 degree Celsius.

According to the local Met office, mercury level in the province including the city is likely to remain constant for next 48 hours while rain-thundershower associated with gusty winds is expected at isolated places in Gujranwala and Lahore divisions on Wednesday.

Hot and humid weather is expected in most parts of the country. However, rain-thundershower associated with gusty winds is expected at isolated places in Gujranwala division in the next 24 hours.
