Indian troops resorted to unprovoked firing early Thursday morning at Line of Control in Gultri sector near Astore(Gilgit Baltistan), according to a statement released by the Inter-Services Public Relations.
This is the first time that Indian troops resorted to firing in Astore sector of LoC.
“Pakistani troops responded effectively to the Indian firing,” the ISPR said.
