Turkish Company Albarak will take over the control of sanitation system of Rawalpindi city before August, 14 and Murree before August, 1.
In the first phase, the modern sanitation system will be launched in the areas of Rawal Town in Gawalmandi and allied areas of airport runway.
Rawalpindi Waste Management Company (RWMC) has provided two high tech vehicles, 60 containers and its machinery to Turkish company. It has also handed over 100 workers to Turkish company at Murree while the latter will appoint 50 more workers.
The sanitation work is going to be started on priority basis in those union councils which are facing threat of eruption of dengue fever.
