Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) has sacked 15 more employees said to be appointed under favoritism and on political affiliation during the previous regime.

Earlier, RCB has sent packing home five dozen employees who were appointed on the basis of 89 days contract.

RCB Chief Executive Officer Fahim Zafar said that these employees were appointed beyond budget allocation and were enrolled over favoritism. “We are eliminating political culture and all the employees recruited on the basis of favoritism will be sacked gradually,” he added.
