Veteran journalist Majid Nizami seriously ill, hospitalised

Veteran journalist and editor-in-chief of the Nawai Waqt Group, Majid Nizami is reported to be in a critical condition at a private hospital in Lahore where he has been admitted for the last several days.

According to hospital sources, the veteran journalist has been put on the ventilator under surveillance of senior doctors. Mr Nizami’s family, including his nephews, and journalists across Pakistan have appealed to the people to pray for his health and early recovery.
