Unidentified armed men gunned down three family members over an old rivalry on Monday.
According to the police, armed assailants barged into the house of their opponent group and sprayed bullets at the residents. As a result of firing, three people including mother and her two sons died on the spot.
The attackers managed to escape unchallenged after committing the triple murder. The bodies were shifted to hospital and later handed over to heirs after medico-legal formalities. The police have registered a case against the assailants and started their search.
