United Kingdom is a major trade partner of Pakistan and its cooperation in education, health and other social development sectors is also appreciable, said Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif while talking to a delegation of British High Commission who called on him in on Friday morning.
Shahbaz said that with the cooperation of the UK Department of International Development, thousands of youngsters have been provided skills training under the Skill Development Program.
He said that with the cooperation of the same department, a major program for improvement of healthcare has also been launched.
Speaking on the occasion, the head of delegation said that UK will continue to cooperate with Pakistan in various sectors in future.
