Irrfan Khan Named Best Actor At International Film Festival Of Queensland

Irrfan Khan has achieved both national and international acclaim in his career spanning decades. From starring in an international franchise like Spiderman to winning over both Indian and international audiences in films like Life Of Pi and The Namesake, he has acted in over 30 films till date. One more feather has been added to his hat when he was awarded Best Actor along with Tillotama Shome for their performance in Qissa at the International Film Festival of Queensland (IFFQ) in Australia. The movie also won best director award for Geneva-based Anup Singh and Best Cinematography for Sebastian Edschmid.
Qissa, is a Punjabi movie about a girl raised as a boy, has been screened at various movie galas including Toronto International Film Festival, International Film Festival Rotterdam and Curacao International Film
