Rawalpindi Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has summoned prosecutor’s five witnesses to record their statements in Benazir Bhutto assassination case on July 5.
On Saturday, the court issued summons the witnesses including Masood Janjua, Chaudhry Taufeeq, Dr Amjad Shah, Dr Ashraf and Usman.
Federal Investigation Agency FIA Special Prosecutor Chaudhry Azhar, the counsel of former president Pervez Musharraf, advocate Javed Safdar, former Rawalpindi CPO Saud Aziz, former Rawal Town SP Shahzad also appeared before the court.
Later, the court adjourned the hearing till July 5 as the Special ATC Judge Ismail Joya has gone for vacations.
