Chaudhry Pervez Elahi is anxious to come into power through backdoor, said Punjab Law Minister Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan while commenting on the separate press conferences of Chaudhry Pervez Elahi and Imran Khan on Sunday.
Mashhood said that Pervez Elahi is a pitiable politician who after defeat in general elections, has been compelled to become the spokesman of others. He said that people still remember the tales of corruption and cruelty of PML-Q era. Mashhood said that people cannot be left at the mercy of miscreants and law and order will be ensured in the province at any cost and all out resources will be utilised for fulfilling the responsibility of protection of life and property of the citizens. Commenting on the press conference of Imran Khan, Mashhood said that the whole nation is standing behind Pak Army. He said that allegations and criticism are the pivot of Imran Khan’s politics. He said that those who raise the slogan of change should inform the people what steps PTI government has taken for the betterment of the masses in KPK.
