Partial Strike was observed in Islamabad High court Friday on the appeal of District Bar Council Islamabad on “Katchehri incident” in F-8 several months back.
However, hearing of cases in courts continued.
Hearing of important cases could not take place as Chief Justice of Islamabad High court Muhammad Anwar Khan Qassi was on leave.
Lawyers’ community observed partial strike on the appeal of District Bar Council Islamabad on “Kachahri incident” however lawyers continued to appear for the hearing of cases in the courts of Justice Noorul Haq Qurashi, Justice Shauket Aziz Siddiqui and Justice Ather Minallah.
