PESHAWAR-

Aircrafts of Pakistan Air Force (PAF) on Tuesday carried out another round of airstrike in parts of North Waziristan early on Tuesday, killing at least 50 militants.

According to sources, the jets bombed  eight hideouts of terrorists in Mir Ali and other areas of NW as part of the latest military operation ‘Zarb-e-Azb’ announced to wipe out militants of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and foreign militant organisations in the tribal belt bordering Afghanistan.

Sources add that the death toll is expected to rise.

Zarb-e-Azb was announced late on Sunday, a week following a terrorist attack on Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport that killed more than a dozen civilians and security personnel.

Until now, 200 militants have been killed in the operation.

  1. InshaAllah the patriotic sons of our soil will be protected by PanjtanPak..Allah will bless them with success and victory as they are following the path of Jihad against those people and forces who are opposed to Allah, PanjtanPak and the Imams so those people and forces will by the grace of Almighty Allah be doomed to hell and the name of Allah, PanjtanPak and the Imams will prevail forever and Almighty Allah, PanjtanPak and the Imams will keep our country, our soldiers and our people safe from all danger and destruction. My fellow country men do not fear anything just keep on reciting Darood -e-Pak as it will protect our sons in the battlefield and our men, women and children who are indirectly threatened by this menace.

  2. After years of unprovoked attacks and over 50,000 civilians and military men killed, the Pakistani nation had enough of this menace of terrorism that has plagued the nation for long. We have seen them reject terrorism in various recent polls. State Department Spokesperson Jen Psaki said, “This is a Government of Pakistan operation. We’ve long supported Pakistan efforts to extend their sovereignty and stability throughout the country.” We wish the Pakistani nation well and complete success in their quest for peace.
