RAWALPINDI-
As many as 30 commandoes were deployed for the security of Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi.
The commandoes were deployed to prevent any untoward incident in wake of the recent military operation ‘Zarb-e-Azb’ launched in North Waziristan for eliminating extremist militants.
Rawalpindi police denied the reports that security of Adiala jail has been handed over to the army. They added that rangers and army were deployed for the purpose of backing the police force which controls the jail security.
