Mr. Abdullah Zaki, President Karachi Chamber of Commerce & Industry hosted a lunch in honour of Mr. S.M. Muneer to felicitate him on appointment as the Chief Executive of Trade Development Authority of Pakistan. The occasion provided congenial atmosphere for fruitful discussions on the current business scenario in the country, the exports and the problems being faced by industrialist and businessmen.
President KCCI in his welcome speech congratulated Mr. S.M. Muneer on his appointment as Chief Executive TDAP declaring it as a happy augury for the businessmen in general and the nation in particular. Some problems faced by the business community particularly with the current law and order situation and the federal budget were highlighted during discussions by the President KCCI and some other notables like Mr. Siraj Kasim Teli and Mr. Zubair Motiwala for Mr. S.M. Muneer to take up at the government’s level so that business conditions flourish and exports are increased.
