Cathay Pacific Airways Limited will resume flights to and from Karachi today after having reviewed the situation at Jinnah International Airport.
According to the airline’s website, it will resume flights with “additional capacity to help meet demand from recently cancelled flights”.
“We will continue to monitor the situation closely,” it said, recommending travelers “to check their flight status before departing for the airport”.
The airline had previously cancelled some flights to Karachi from Bangkok after Taliban insurgents claimed responsibility for an attack at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi.
