ISLAMABAD-

Federal Information Minister Pervaiz Rashid Wednesday said that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan had become a ‘strategic partner’ of the Taliban militant, reported a private news channel.

Rashid was speaking to media representatives.

He said that the PTI chief is damaging the democratic institutions of Pakistan while the Taliban are damaging its defence institutions.

He said that the Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr Tahirul Qadri was the ‘guru’ of Khan and Taliban and he aims to attack the Pakistani constitution.

The minister further said that the government is well-prepared to face any challenge by Khan, TTP or Qadri, adding that it would use all its power to ensure peace in the country and combat threats.

  1. This is the height of Bad Governance, when the entire Government of KPK is afraid of coming to the media and the Party Head (not representing the people of the province) starts meddling in the affairs and keeps on taking u-turns after u-turns.
The Federal Government should release this money to the Army rather than paying him for his politics of u-turns.
