‘KITE CONNECT’ – A Student Counselors Networking Session

Karachi Institute of Technology and Entrepreneurship (KITE)hosted ‘KITE CONNECT,’ a student counselors networking session on Friday May 30th at the KITE campus. The networking event was based on three sessions, focusing on topics concerning the implementation of a modern curriculum that fulfils the global academia gap and the corporate world with trending teaching pedagogies into more experiential learning. Each session consisted of interactive presentations delivered by Afaque Ahmed, the chairman and founder of KITE, and other experienced educationists who are setting a global trend in Pakistan by bringing technology and education together for the new generation of students. Speakers included: Afaque Riaz Ahmed (Chairman/ founder of KITE), Rashida Valika (Educationist/ Trainer; Director of Student Affairs at KITE). Afaque Riaz Ahmad, the founder and Chairman of KITE, is a third-generation serial entrepreneur with a 16-year proven track record in technology start-ups. He is now an education philanthropist striving to make a difference in the society by funding elementary schools across the country, setting up a world class tech-centric university, creating and managing a career guidance portal, and founding and funding a network of angel investors for tech startups in Pakistan.
