Pakistan’s future success depends on the country making investment in developing human resources, Prof. Ahsan Iqbal, Federal Minister for Planning & Development, said at the Pakistan Environmental Reporting Awards organized by ACCA Pakistan (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and WWF Pakistan. The Federal Minister congratulated ACCA and WWF Pakistan for their contribution in the green economy and sustainability reporting in Pakistan, and said : “Pakistan’s success depends on the investment we make in human resource development. Businesses and individuals will have to take the first step in order to see progress in the future,” and he commended the event for raising important issues.
