In recognition of its outstanding customer service and satisfaction, McDonald’s Pakistan was awarded the Best Customer Service Award in Food and Beverage Segment at the Service Punch 2014 organized by Active8. Service Punch is Pakistan’s first ever Service Awards conference to honor organizations that are committed to ensuring customer delight through excellent service. The awards were based on a survey by rozee.pk, for best service providers in different sectors. The ceremony which was held at Royal Palm was attended by a large number of CEOs, businessmen and delegates along with members of the Pakistani business community. The main highlight of the evening was the focus on the vital role of customer care; where McDonald’s Pakistan shone amongst a list of global corporate giants like Standard Chartered, MCB, Nestle, etc. in view of featured panellists from several companies.
