Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan has said that his party would resist next general elections if electoral reforms were not carried out.
In an interview to a private TV channel, he said that the PTI would leave no stone unturned to expose vote rigging.
“It is beyond understanding why the government was afraid of opening four constituencies for vote verification,” the PTI chief added.
The PTI chairman said tsunami of change was unstoppable and the PTI would continue its struggle to expose polls rigging. He said the PTI would give time frame to the government in its June 7 rally in Sialkot.
Kaptaan said that he has not consulted the party over the 10-point declaration of Pakistan Muslim League (PML) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT), adding that his party’s doors were open for all. He said the PTI would invite all political parties to participate in the movement seeking electoral reforms.
Imran said that the country was being run like limited companies as Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and former president Zardari take their sons with them on foreign tours.
The PTI chief said that Geo TV has become a media cell of the PML-N. He asked Mir Shakilur Rehman to apologise for defaming the PTI leadership.
Earlier, addressing a gathering, Kaptaan said that political intervention has been put to an end in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police department. He said the PTI government would change the shape of the province with its policies.
