Balochistan Information Minister Abdul Rahim Ziaratwal has said that the provincial government was spending allocated amount on different sectors, including education and health to facilitate the people.
He said that focus was being given to provide quality education and best health services to the people of remote areas.
He said that construction work on girls’ colleges was in progress to provide access to the students living in far flung areas of Balochistan.
Talking to PTV, he said that medical and other health services were being ensured to the people at district and tehsil level hospitals. The minister said that there were some areas where financial support was required to streamline the system. He said that provincial government with the assistance of federal government was making efforts to improve the system in the province.
Ziaratwal said that Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar had announced a huge amount for the Baloch students who wanted to acquire higher education in different disciplines.
To a question regarding development budget, he said that all the funds were being utilised to complete public welfare projects.
