The man killed his wife near Salihpat. Police, however, foiled the attempt to burry the body.
According to details, in Kilwarah village of Salihput, Qadir Bukhsh Shanbani killed his wife for having an affair with a man of the same area.
He after killing his wife tried to bury the body, but the police reached the scene and foiled his attempt. However, the accused managed to flee.
Police shifted the body to Rohri hospital for autopsy. Later, the body was handed over to the family members.
