BU and UNAIDS join hands

Bahria University and Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) signed a Memorandum of Understanding to become official partners in promoting research and evidence related to HIV prevention, treatment, care, and support and halting and reversing the spread of HIV. The contract signing ceremony was held in Bahria University Headquarters Islamabad where Bahria University Rector Shahid Iqbal and UNAID Country Coordinator for Afghanistan and Pakistan Marc Saba signed the contract. Ever since its establishment BahriaUniversity has resolved to make a difference in the lives of as many individuals as possible through its Community Support Programme. Presently, the university is working with over 20 different NGOs and non-profit organisations that are working towards making this world a better place.
